Our complimentary in-home consultation service is the cornerstone of the Luxe Direct experience. Our design consultants bring the showroom to you, assessing your space with consideration for dimensions, existing décor, natural light, and lifestyle needs. We present fabric samples in your actual environment, allowing you to see how different options work with your existing colour scheme and lighting.

For customers outside metropolitan Melbourne or across Australia, we offer virtual consultations that maintain our personalised approach.

After getting exasperated looking at unremarkable, generic Chinese-made furniture at the major retailers, it was such a delight to meet Brett. Brett and his team knew the intricate details of furniture manufacturing, understood what brings luxury to design and made us a bespoke feature bed frame and matching ottoman in Warwick velvet that was fit for a king. They are honest, take the time to work with you to deliver your vision, manufacture locally and deliver to your door within 2 weeks and most importantly stand behind their impeccable workmanship. Best of all, for such a high quality product, their pricing is very affordable. Lucky for us we're furnishing a new home so we'll be going back soon.
